Get to know Leo
My journey in soccer is built on resilience, discipline, and a deep love for the game. I was born in Congo and adopted with my two younger brothers into a family in the United States, and while I’ve been playing soccer for as long as I can remember, I didn’t put on my first pair of cleats until 2016, when I was eight years old.
From that point on, I committed myself to improving every day. I spent countless hours training on my own—before and after team practices—working to develop my technical skills and mental toughness. Over time, that dedication has helped me grow into one of the top players in my age group, and it’s shown me that hard work can close any gap.
Most recently, I spent a full year in Spain training, competing, and coaching in a high-level international academy environment. That experience pushed me to grow in every area of my game and gave me a deeper understanding of different styles of play and how players are developed at a high level.
More than anything, I’m passionate about giving back. I know what it feels like to start behind and have to catch up, and that drives me to help younger players build confidence, improve their skills, and fall in love with the game. Whether I’m working one-on-one or in small groups, my goal is to help every player become the best version of themselves—on and off the pitch.

My mission
My mission is to help young players grow in confidence, discipline, and skill by sharing what I’ve learned through hard work and experience—so they can reach their full potential on and off the pitch.
My vision
My vision is to build soccer academies globally that remove barriers and open doors—where players are developed based on passion, work ethic, and potential, and every kid has a real chance to chase the game they love.
