THE OTP PATHWAY
WHAT SHOULD YOUR PLAYER ACTUALLY WORK ON?
We evaluate your player on the field to see what they do well, where they need support, and what they want to achieve. Then we turn what we find into clear priorities and a development plan that guides their coaching and work between sessions.

ON-FIELD EVALUATION
01
"YOU NEED TO WORK ON YOUR TECHNICAL SKILLS” ISN’T A PLAN.
What does that actually mean for your player? It could be their first touch, how they receive under pressure, their control while dribbling, or the weight of their passes. Each calls for different work.
During the on-field evaluation, we look for those specifics. We identify what your player already does well, where they need support, and which priorities to address first.
“TECHNICAL SKILLS” CAN MEAN DIFFERENT THINGS.
FIRST TOUCH
Does their touch set up their next action?
RECEIVING
Are they ready before the ball arrives?
DRIBBLING
Can they change direction and keep control?
PASSING
Can they deliver the ball with the right weight?

PLAYER DEVELOPMENT PLAN
EVERY SESSION SHOULD HAVE A PURPOSE.
You shouldn’t have to guess what your player needs—or whether their training is addressing it.
After the evaluation, we build a plan around their needs and goals. Clear priorities guide their sessions and at-home practice, so your player knows what to work on and their coach knows where to focus.
As your player develops, we review their progress and adjust the plan.
YOUR PLAYER’S PLAN
Clear priorities. Purposeful practice.
01 · WHAT TO IMPROVE
The specific skills your player needs to focus on first.
02 · HOW TO WORK ON IT
Focused coaching and at-home assignments built around those priorities.
03 · WHAT PROGRESS LOOKS LIKE
Clear signs of improvement we can review together.

ON-FIELD TRAINING
BUILD THE SKILLS.
LEARN TO USE THEM.
Knowing what to improve is the starting point. Your player needs guided practice to turn that focus into better habits.
Their coach uses the development plan to guide each session—with purposeful repetition, clear feedback, and challenges that help your player use their skills under pressure. As they improve, the challenge grows with them.

04
When your player wants to practice, they should know where to start. We give them specific assignments connected to their development plan-with follow-along videos and clear instructions for what to complete and how often.
Your player gets a routine they can follow. You can encourage the effort without having to plan the training. They return to their next session ready to keep building.

PROGRESS REVIEWS
YOU DESERVE MORE THAN
“THEY’RE DOING GREAT.”
You should know what’s improving, what still needs work, and what we’re doing about it.
In our monthly Zoom conversation, we bring together coach feedback, your player’s experience, and your questions.
We review their priorities, discuss the challenges, and adjust the plan when needed.
You leave with a clear understanding of their progress—and the next focus.
LEAVE EACH REVIEW KNOWING:
01 · WHAT’S GETTING BETTER
Specific improvements we’re seeing in your player’s work.
02 · WHAT NEEDS ATTENTION
The challenges we still need to address.
03 · WHAT WE’LL DO NEXT
The focus for upcoming sessions and at-home practice.
CLEAR FEEDBACK.
A PLAN THAT KEEPS MOVING.
YOUR PLAYER DOESN’T NEED ANOTHER GUESS.
Tell us where they are, what they’re working toward, and where they need support. We’ll review what you share and talk with you about the right starting point for their development.
